Part of the Solution Appropriate Dispute Resolution Services (POTSADR) was founded in 1993 to provide a range of conflict resolution services. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, POTSADR offers mediation, negotiation, and facilitation services. In addition, we offer customized training on mediation and conflict resolution, ombuds services, and program development for your organization.
